FORD MUSTANG SOLD WITH CONCEALED ACCIDENT DAMAGE AND PRIOR THEFT AND BAD REPAIRS?

Dawson v. JS Sacramento, Inc. dba Epic Chevrolet Cadillac – Sacramento
Our client bought a 2017 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 from Epic Chevrolet Cadillac, and alleges the staff told him it had not been in any accidents or crashes. The Epic Chevrolet Cadillac staff also gave our client an Autocheck vehicle history report that showed no reported accidents and listed the Ford as having been stolen – but never verbally mentioned during the sales process that the Ford had been stolen, and posted nothing on the Ford regarding the prior-theft history. When the Ford’s engine failed, our client took the Ford to a Ford dealership whose mechanics allegedly found the engine failure was caused by prior damage that had been sloppily repaired. If you bought a car with concealed prior accident damage that may be the result of a prior theft, please contact david@rbblawgroup.com for a FREE consultation!
