Fitzgerald v. FCA USA LLC
A dealership in Sutter County sold our client a brand-new Dodge RAM, which ended up being unsafe to drive after the center computer console that controls the truck’s GPS, HVAC, and backup warning failed. Our client took his truck back to the dealership for warranty repairs. The dealership kept the truck for more than two months because the manufacturer, FCA USA, allegedly didn’t have the parts available for the dealership to make the repair.
If you’ve had a vehicle in for warranty repairs and it’s been at the dealership for longer than thirty days because the parts are on backorder, you may have a claim against the manufacturer and dealership.
