FCA SQUEEZES OUT ANOTHER LEMON

Hernandez v FCA

Our clients allege that in October 2017 they purchased a new 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia from Mossy Alfa Romeo and Fiat in National City in San Diego County. Our clients allege that from day one, the Alfa Romeo Giulia exhibited an electrical problem and had a defective auto-start function. While FCA recognized the problem and purported to offer a buy-back on the 2017 Alfa Romeo, FCA failed to follow the law when it demanded an incorrect mileage offset to the detriment of our clients. When FCA refused to listen to our clients and rectify the demand, our clients came to the Auto Fraud Legal Center for help with their 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia Lemon. Our law firm is filing a complaint against FCA, and its agent Stericycle, for failing to comply with California’s Lemon Law.
