Faber v. Adasha Marketing, LLC
Our client needed a vehicle that she could drive on a road-trip to the other side of the country. Adasha Marketing, LLC, in Los Angeles told our client that the 2005 Honda Element it had on its sales lot was in “mint condition,” well-maintained, and that it would be perfect for the long road-trip. About two days later, the car had mechanical problems and our client was forced to pay thousands of dollars to repair the vehicle to continue on her trip. She called the Auto Fraud Legal Center for help. After providing a FREE consultation, we filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court alleging that Adasha Marketing committed fraud.
