In March 2019, our client purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from EZ 2 Drive Auto, Inc. in South Gate. The vehicle was sold with a limited warranty from the dealerhship of 30 days or 1,000 miles. Immediately after purchase, our client alleges the vehicle began having mechanical problems and, within a few months, the vehicle’s transmission failed. Prior to that, our client alleges he took the vehicle back to the dealership for repairs on several occasions but, the dealer refused to repair the vehicle.
