Espinoza v. IM Auto Sales, Inc. and Newport Acceptance Corp. – Orange County

Case settled. The settlement requires IM Auto Sales to repurchase the 2012 GMC Canyon Crew by refunding our client’s payments for the vehicle and repairs costs. IM Auto Sales is also required to pay additional damages and our firm’s attorney’s fees and costs. Upon return of the Vehicle, Newport Acceptance Corp. is required to cancel the remaining balance due for the Vehicle.
