Espinoza v. IM Auto Sales, Inc. and Newport Acceptance Corp. – Orange County

Case settled. Our client alleged IM Auto Sales made false statements about the 2012 GMC Canyon Crew’s accident history and mechanical condition. The settlement requires IM Auto Sales to refund the money paid toward the GMC, incidental damages, pay additional damages, and take back the GMC. Newport Acceptance Corp., the finance company, is required to cancel the remaining balance on the vehicle.
