Esguerra v Keyes Lexus
WERE YOU SOLD AND ACCIDENT DAMAGED CAR?
In October 2015 our client saw an advertisement for a used 2013 Hyundai Veloster at Keyes Lexus in Van Nuys, in Los Angeles County. Our client had been looking for a reliable used vehicle so he went to Keyes Lexus to look at the 2013 Hyundai Veloster. Our client alleges in his lawsuit that the salesperson told him the car would be a great buy, had very low mileage, and that everything had been checked out. Our client alleged that he asked the salesperson if the 2013 Hyundai Veloster had ever been involved in an accident and the Keyes Lexus’ salesman told him the Veloster was completely clean and had never been in any accident. Fast forward to May 2017, and our client decided to sell the car. It was at this time he was informed the Hyundai Veloster had sustained significant accident damage. So he hired the law firm of Rosner, Barry and Babbitt to represent him. And now Keyes Lexus has agreed to buy-back the Hyundai Veloster, refund his payments, pay off his auto loan, pay him a penalty, and pay his legal fees.
