Edwards v. James Ford, Inc. – San Mateo
New lawsuit filed against James Ford in Half Moon Bay in San Mateo County over a 2003 BMW 760. Our client alleges James Ford failed to provide a Buyer’s Guide, sold him a “certified” vehicle but failed to provide a completed inspection report, failed to smog the BMW prior to selling it, and failed to disclose prior accident damage and a variety of mechanical defects. He also alleges James Ford misrepresented the BMW’s actual mileage. Was this a mistake or did they tamper with the odometer?
