Eatmon v. Unique Auto Center, Inc.: In October 2017, our clients purchased a 2010 Chevy Silverado from Unique Auto Center in Bloomington, California. At the time of purchase, our clients were not made aware the mileage on the vehicle’s odometer was allegedly inaccurate. In May 2019, our clients took the vehicle to Diamond Hills Chevrolet Buick GMC to trade it in. Unfortunately, they were unable to do so. They were informed the CarFax Vehicle History Report states “Odometer Problems Report.” Our clients investigated the issue and discovered the alleged inaccurate odometer disclosure occurred between August 2015 and June 2017, before they purchased the vehicle.
