The Lemon Law Department at the Auto Fraud Legal Center has filed another lawsuit against Eclipse RV. Our client’s 2021 Eclipse Trailer 3322CK allegedly had defects with the landing gear, water leaks, and flooring, among other problems. Multiple repair attempts, and many down days.
