DOES YOUR GM TRANSMISSION HESITATE, JERK, SURGE OR LURCH?

The following General Motors vehicles have apparent defects with the 8-Speed Automatic Transmission:

  • 2019-2022 Chevrolet Camaro
  • 2019-2022 Chevrolet Colorado
  • 2019-2022 Chevrolet Silverado
  • 2019 Chevrolet Corvette
  • 2019 Cadillac ATS
  • 2019 Cadillac ATS-V
  • 2019 Cadillac CTS
  • 2019 Cadillac CT6
  • 2019 Cadillac CTS-V
  • 2019-2022 GMC Canyon
  • 2019-2022 GMC Sierra

Owners of these vehicles report that the transmission will hesitate, jerk, surge or lurch. GM has allegedly not been able to successfully repair these transmissions, and the Lemon Law Department at the Auto Fraud Legal Center understands that GM is attempting to call these defects “normal” or a “characteristic” of the transmission. We are here to fight for you.

If you own one of these vehicles, the Lemon Law Department at the Auto Fraud Legal Center may be able to assist you. Contact us for a free case review. If we accept your case, we will ask General Motors to pay any attorney fees and costs that areincurred on your behalf. We have been representing consumers in California for over thirty years.
