Dodge Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Breaks Down

Our client bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2015 Dodge Charger from Crystal Chrysler, located in Cathedral City, in Riverside County. Soon after purchase the vehicle’s engine shut down. A Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram repair facility determined there was no oil in the engine, which had been caused by an improperly repaired dipstick tube.

When our client contacted Crystal Chrysler, he was told a manager would contact him, but no one ever did. Our client alleges the dealership has refused to cover the repairs to the vehicle.
