Auto Fraud Legal Center, has been receiving calls from consumers who have been sold a car by a dealership and then, upon trying to sell it or trade it in, found out the car has a salvage title. The law requires dealerships to post labels on the car saying it is a salvage and to fill out many disclosures to ensure consumers know what they are buying.
