Did You Find Out the New Car You Purchased Isn’t Actually New?

That’s what happened to one of our recent clients who allegedly purchased a new vehicle from South Coast Mitsubishi in Costa Mesa, Orange County, only to learn that it had been previously used. To add insult to injury, the dealer allegedly charged our client more than the advertised price of the vehicle. When confronted, the dealership denied its misrepresentation, claiming that our client knew the car was used when he purchased it. As proof, the client was shown a report of sale for a used vehicle that had his signature forged on it. At a loss of what to do next, he called our firm and we immediately recognized several legal violations. Lilia Guizar was my attorney in a recent fraud case and I am so impressed with the outcome. The process was quick and easy. This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot!
