Did You Buy a Car with Undisclosed Accident Damage?

Rosner, Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center frequently receives calls from consumers who buy a car after confirming with the dealership it hasn’t been in an accident, even receiving a Carfax from the dealership that says no accidents reported. Then, after going to trade it in, they find out it was previously in an accident! This is a misrepresentation. If you purchased a car from a dealership that told you the car has never been in an accident, and you found out later it WAS in an accident, you may have a claim. Please contact tsolik@rbblawgroup.com; Rosner, Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center will provide you a FREE evaluation of your rights. We are here to help you!
