Our client alleges he bought a 2013 Nissan Altima from DriveTime’s West Covina location. The Nissan was a prior-rental vehicle but DriveTime didn’t disclose that important fact to our client. DriveTime also allegedly overcharged the Vehicle License Fee and sold our client almost $5,000 of add-ons like a service contract and GAP coverage without providing him with the forms required by law for showing his payments with and without the “optional” add-ons.
