DID DEALER SELL USED CHEVY WITH CONCEALED ACCIDENT DAMAGE AND A WORTHLESS SERVICE CONTRACT?
Deleon v. Ed-A-Mar LLC dba Brut Auto Group – Sunland (Los Angeles County)
Our client bought a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado from Brut Auto Group in April 2021. He alleges Brut Auto Group assured him that the Silverado had not been in any prior accidents, and sold him a Marathon Administrative Co. service contract that would supposedly cover the costs of repairs. Both turned out to be false, because the Chevrolet had a documented history of prior accidents, and when the Chevrolet’s engine began to run rough, Marathon allegedly denied our client coverage for a “pre-existing condition.” If you’ve been sold a car with concealed prior accident damage or with a service contract that won’t cover repairs, please contact david@rbblawgroup.com.
