Our clients allege they purchased a new 2018 Toyota Tundra which had a lift kit installed prior to sale, and the dealer told them the lift kit would not affect the Tundra’s warranty. When the Tundra was brought in a year later for repairs under a recall notice, our clients allege that the dealership technicians told them that the lift kit would prevent the Tundra’s pre-collision sensors from working as designed, and tried to make our clients sign a release of liability.
