DID AUTO BAZAAR SELL A VEHICLE WITHOUT DISCLOSING PRIOR DAMAGE?

Our clients purchased a used 2016 Scion iM from Auto Bazaar in Costa Mesa, California. Our clients alleged that Auto Bazaar represented the vehicle was in great condition, had not been in accident, and had the manufacturer warranty remaining on the Scion. After purchase, our clients attempted to get repairs under the manufacturer warranty. However, our clients were informed that the manufacturer warranty is void because the vehicle was previously in a front-end collision and the repairs were poorly performed. After we filed suit, the Dealer quickly agreed to a settlement.
