Dealership Tries to Get Out of Warranty, But Consumer Says No.

Jose Auto Sales in Los Angeles, has been sued for selling a young family a Nissan Pathfinder that would not properly accelerate. This mother of young children tried to have the Pathfinder repaired under warranty, but Jose Auto Sales allegedly did nothing to repair the Pathfinder and then lied and said it had fixed it. The consumer believed the dealership, but the problem was still there, and she almost got into an accident with her family while driving the car. This consumer called the Auto Fraud Legal Center, got a free consultation, and is now taking this dealership to court!
