Dealership Sells Vehicle Over Sticker Price, Overcharges Registration Fees – Patiag v. TNH Motors, Inc., et al.

In the case of Patiag v. TNH Motors, Inc., et al., Toyota of North Hollywood is alleged to have sold a new 2019 Toyota Tacoma for nearly $2,000 above its sticker price and its advertised price, in addition to improperly disclosing registration fees and vehicle license fees and overcharging such fees.
