Dealership Didn’t Disclose Deferred Downpayments

Our clients purchased a 2011 Honda CR-V from D & A Auto Sales, in the City of Bloomington, located in San Bernardino County. The contract for the purchase of the vehicle shows a downpayment amount. However, the contract does not reflect the deferred amounts the dealer required our clients to pay. The contract for the purchase of a vehicle must reflect any deferred amounts paid after purchase.
