DEALERS CANNOT SELL A CPO VEHICLE WITH FRAME DAMAGE
In California, dealers cannot and should not sell a CPO (“Certified Pre-Owned) vehicle with frame damage. First, it is unsafe. Secondly, how could a vehicle with frame damage pass a certified pre-owned inspection? Finally, it is against the law. Nonetheless, our client alleges Nissan of Duarte in Los Angeles County sold our client a Certified Pre-Owned 2013 Nissan Sentra that had existing frame damage. The frame-damaged vehicle was certified by Nissan and inspected and sold to our client by Nissan of Duarte as a Certified Pre-Owned. After discovering the truth about the Vehicle’s history, our client turned to the Auto Fraud Legal Center. Our experienced attorneys have seen this situation before and will ensure he is compensated.
