Dealer Sold Vehicle With Allegedly Tampered Odometer

Our client thought he found a good deal on a low-mileage 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee when he saw it for sale at 605 Auto Inc., located in the City of Bellflower, in Los Angeles County. The dealer showed our client a clean vehicle history report to assure our client of the vehicle’s condition. Shortly after purchase, our client began to experience mechanical problems with the vehicle which should not occur on a vehicle with such low mileage. He attempted to trade the vehicle in at another dealership and was then informed that the odometer was flagged as a rollback.
