Dealer Sold Vehicle For More Than Advertised Price

Mr. Najera alleges Nissan of Duarte in Los Angeles County sold him a vehicle above the price the dealership advertised the vehicle for on the Internet. Selling a vehicle above the advertised price is a violation of California law. The dealership also allegedly advertised the vehicle as a certified pre-owned (CPO) vehicle, and failed to provide Mr. Najera a certification checklist. Additionally, Mr. Najera alleges he was improperly charged for various add-ons, such as a theft deterrent device. Luckily, Mr. Najera contacted Rosner, Barry & Babbitt, who fights on behalf of California consumers.
