Our client alleges that he bought a 2011 BMW from Mossy Nissan Poway, but that the dealership didn’t smog the vehicle before selling it to him – and asked him to come back a month after purchase to smog the vehicle. California law requires vehicles to be smogged no earlier than 2 years before sale – but the last smog check was over 2 years before Mossy Nissan Poway sold the BMW to our client.
