DEALER LISTS DOWNPAYMENT OF $1,500 ON CONTRACT, BUT CLIENT SAYS SHE PAID $1,700 AND HAS RECEIPT TO PROVE IT

Goldberg v. Oxnard Motorsports –Oxnard (Ventura)
Our client bought a 2012 Kia Sorento from Oxnard Motorsports in September 2020. Oxnard Motorsports allegedly told our client that she had to pay $1,700 as the downpayment, and gave her a receipt for the $1,700, but instead listed $1,500 on the sale contract for the downpayment and pocketed the remaining $200. If a dealership has done anything improper with your downpayment, please contact david@rbblawgroup.com.
