Dealer Did Not Disclose Vehicle’s Rental History

U Save Auto Auction, a used car dealer in Garden Grove in Orange County, allegedly failed to tell Mr. Nava the vehicle he purchased was previously a rental vehicle, as required by California law. Mr. Nava also alleges U Save Auto Auction is a Buy Here Pay Here dealership, and failed to provide him with the warranty required by California law. Mr. Nava also alleges U Save Auto Auction sold the vehicle to him for more than the advertised price. Mr. Nava reached out to the attorneys at Rosner, Barry & Babbitt, and now he will get his day in court.
