De Lima v. Mossy Automotive Group (Mossy Toyota) – San Diego County
New case filed against Mossy Toyota over a 2013 Kia Rio. Our client alleges Mossy Toyota (1) misrepresented the 2013 Kia Rio’s accident and damage history; (2) misrepresented the 2013 Kia Rio’s mechanical condition; (3) falsely claimed the 2013 Kia Rio was “certified;” and (4) failed to comply with Vehicle Code § 11713.18. Our client also claims Mossy Toyota breached the express warranty and the implied warranty of merchantability.
