De Lima v. Mossy Automotive Group, Inc. – San Diego County

Case settled. Our client alleged Mossy Automotive Group (Mossy Toyota) misrepresented and concealed the 2013 Kia Rio’s accident and damage history and misrepresented the Kia’s mechanical condition. The settlement requires Mossy Toyota to refund all of our client’s money, payoff the loan, pay punitive damages, and our attorney’s fees and costs. Travis Mossy also wrote a letter of apology to our client as part of the settlement.
