DCH TOYOTA OF TORRANCE SELLS A CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED VEHICLE WITH PRIOR DAMAGE

Our client purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma from DCH Toyota of Torrance in Los Angeles County. DCH Toyota of Torrance advertised the Vehicle as a DCH Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle, that it passed a 125-point inspection, and represented the Vehicle had not been in accident. Later our client discovered that the vehicle had been previously damaged and not properly repaired. DCH Toyota of Torrance knew or should have known about the damage through their CPO inspection.
