Our clients allege they bought a 2005 Mercedes from Premium Finance in Orange County in 2017. Premium Finance assigned the sale contract to Gateway One, and our clients paid off the Gateway One loan by the summer of 2018.  However, neither Premium Finance nor Gateway One would give our clients the “pink slip” title, and there is a hold on the DMV registration as a result, which means our clients cannot legally drive or transfer the vehicle! Lilia Guizar was my attorney in a recent fraud case and I am so impressed with the outcome. The process was quick and easy. We even countered the first offer to get what was fair and I’m happy to say that the car was picked up today, I am free of that burden and I feel validated for all the time and money wasted trusting a dealership that took advantage of me. This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot!
