CPO with Damage?
Cerritos Infiniti, in Los Angeles County, sold our client a certified pre-owned (“CPO”) Infiniti Q50. Cars that have been certified must conform to certain standards under the law. Despite the car being certified, our client alleges she smelled gasoline coming from the car. It also shut off on the freeway. Our client alleges that when she took the car to a different dealership, they found the car had previously been in an accident, the passenger air intake box was broken, and the car was leaking coolant heavily.
