Consumer Discovers Frame Damage After Car Appraisal
Mr. Loza purchased a 2005 Pontiac GTO from Bay City Motors, located in Alameda County. The dealer told Mr. Lozathe car was in great condition and had never been in an accident. Relying the dealer’s sales pitch, Mr. Loza bought the car. Later, Mr. Loza had an appraisal of the car, which showed the car had been in an accident. Mr. Loza alleges that Bay City Motors lied about the accident, and knowingly sold Mr. Loza an unsafe, damaged car.
