CONSUMER DISCOVERS A POND IN THE TRUNK

Our client alleges he purchased a 2014 Lincoln MKZ from “East County Superstore Pre-Owned” in San Diego County. He alleges he asked East County Superstore whether the 2014 Lincoln had ever been in an accident and was told MKZ was in good condition and it had never been in any accident. After purchasing the Lincoln MKZ our client began noticing an odd smell in the Lincoln. When the 2014 Lincoln MKZ blew a tire, our client went to get the spare to change it only to discover stagnant standing water in the trunk. Our client discovered that his 2014 Lincoln MKZ had been in an accident approximately 8 months before he bought it, the vehicle was misaligned and substandard repairs were made. East County Superstore refused to buy-back the vehicle.

Lilia Guizar was my attorney in a recent fraud case and I am so impressed with the outcome. The process was quick and easy. This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot!
