Our client bought a 2010 Toyota Prius from OC Auto Exchange, and alleges that the OC Auto Exchange salesman and finance manager assured him repeatedly that the Toyota had not been in any prior accidents. After our client agreed to buy the vehicle and started signing the sales documents, the OC Auto Exchange staff had him sign papers stating that the Toyota had frame damage. Our client later had the Toyota appraised at CarMax and the CarMax employees found frame damage.
