COACHMEN RV

The Lemon Law Department at the Auto Fraud Legal Center has filed another lawsuit involving a motor home. Our lawsuit filed in San Diego County named Coachmen RV and Holland Motor Homes as defendants. Our clients’ 2020 Coachmen Prism 2200FS contained various alleged defects including, but not limited to slideouts; defective sealants; linoleum failing to adhere; defective LP System; defective mounting of warning lights; defective cabinets and shelves; loose and defective interior trim; window rattles; and wood framing failure. Multiple repair attempts, and many down days.
Our clients got fed up with having to work with the service department at Holland Motor Homes in San Marcos and called us.
