Our client bought a Chrysler PT Cruiser from Cabo Motors, a “buy here pay here” dealership in Chula Vista. Cabo Motors’ staff allegedly concealed from her that the vehicle was a prior rental vehicle, and posted no signs or stickers that stated the vehicle was a prior rental. California law requires prior-rental vehicles to be labeled as such in all advertising – such as the Buyers Guide posted on used vehicles. Our client recently settled her case at mediation. Lilia Guizar was my attorney in a recent fraud case and I am so impressed with the outcome. The process was quick and easy. This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot!
