CHINO HILLS FORD SELLS A CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED VEHICLE WITH PRIOR DAMAGE

Our client purchased a 2012 Ford F150 as a certified pre-owned (“CPO”) vehicle from Chino Hills Ford in San Bernardino County. Chino Hills Ford advertises that their CPO vehicles have undergone a 161-point inspection and only the best vehicles pass. Our client had numerous problems with the Vehicle and thought he purchased a lemon. However, later our client learned the truth: the vehicle had been involved in an accident, had structural damage, and was not safe to drive. Chino Hills Ford knew, or should have known, about the prior damage but certified the vehicle anyways.
