“CERTIFIED” UNDISCLOSED PRIOR-RENTAL VEHICLE SOLD TO CLIENT
Bell v. Leehan, Inc. dba Hanlees Hilltop Nissan – Richmond (Contra Costa County)
Our client alleges she bought a 2015 Nissan Altima that was advertised by Hanlees Hilltop Nissan as a “Certified Pre-Owned” vehicle. However, she wasn’t provided with an inspection report (which is required by law for all “Certified” vehicles”) and Hanlees Hilltop allegedly failed to disclose that the vehicle was a prior rental vehicle. If you’ve been sold a vehicle that was a prior rental, and that information was concealed from you at the time of sale, or purchased a CPO vehicle and have questions about its certification, please contact david@rbblawgroup.com.
