“CERTIFIED” UNDISCLOSED ACCIDENT-DAMAGED VEHICLE SOLD TO CLIENT
Davila v. Premier Nissan of Fremont – Fremont (Alameda County)
Our client alleges she bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue that was advertised by Premier Nissan of Fremont as a “Certified Pre-Owned” (“CPO”) vehicle. When she asked about prior accidents, she was told “none” – then given a Carfax report with pages missing. Later, when she tried to trade in the vehicle, she found out that the vehicle had prior accident damage including a fender that was so damaged it had to be replaced! If you’ve been sold a “Certified Pre-Owned” or CPO vehicle with prior accident damage, and that information was concealed from you at the time of sale, please contact david@rbblawgroup.com.
