Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Sold with Undisclosed Frame Damage
In September 2020, our client purchased a Certified Pre-Owned (“CPO”) 2017 Sienna from Cabe Toyota in Long Beach, California. Our client alleges she was told the vehicle was in good condition and was shown a clean CarFax Vehicle History Report before she purchased the vehicle. Thereafter, our client alleges she discovered a dent and cracked paint inside the truck. After investigating further, she noticed there were also issues with the front and back bumper. Turns out, as our client alleges, the vehicle was sold to her with undisclosed frame damage. After being unable to resolve the issue directly with Cabe Toyota, our client contacted our office.
