“CERTIFIED” LEMON JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE?
Yates v. DCH Temecula Motors LLC – Temecula (Riverside County)
Our client alleges she bought a Certified-Pre-Owned (“CPO”) 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in September 2016 from DCH Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Temecula, which was sold to her as “certified” even though it had not undergone the CPO pre-sale inspection required by California law. The Jeep developed recurring transmission and electrical problems which are still ongoing despite multiple repair attempts. If you bought a “certified” vehicle and you have multiple repair attempts for the same general problem during the CPO warranty, you may have a lemon – please contact david@rbblawgroup.com.
