Our client bought a Certified-Pre-Owned 2017 Hyundai Elantra from Folsom Lake Hyundai in April 2020. At the time of sale, the Folsom Lake Hyundai staff allegedly falsely represented to our client that the Hyundai was thoroughly inspected and free of accident or collision damage. However, our client later inspected the Hyundai and found evidence of prior accident damage – and his registration was held up by a reported discrepancy in odometer mileage.
