“CERTIFIED” FORD SOLD WITHOUT INSPECTION REPORT?

Arana v. Fox Hills Auto, Inc. dba Airport Marina Ford et al – Los Angeles
Our client bought a Certified-Pre-Owned 2019 Ford Ranger from Airport Marina Ford in March 2020. At the time of sale, the Airport Marina Ford staff allegedly falsely represented to our client that the Ford was thoroughly inspected and certified, but did not provide our client with the Ford Certified-Pre-Owned 172-point inspection checklist. It is illegal to advertise and sell a vehicle as “certified” without providing the customer with an inspection report showing what components on the vehicle have been inspected. If you’ve bought a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and never received an inspection report, or there were other aspects of the “certified” vehicle that seem suspicious, please contact david@rbblawgroup.com. Rosner Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center will provide you a FREE evaluation of your rights. We are here to help you!
