“CERTIFIED” DAMAGED JEEP WRANGLER?

Blair v. DGDG 18, LLC dba Team Chevrolet et al – Vallejo (Solano County)
Our client bought a “DGDG Certified” Certified-Pre-Owned 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Team Chevrolet in July 2019. At the time of sale, the Courtesy Chevrolet staff allegedly falsely represented to our client that the Jeep was thoroughly inspected and free of accident or collision damage. However, our client later inspected the Jeep and found evidence of missing parts and front-end damage – and the DGDG Certified inspection report was not signed by any of the dealer’s staff. If you’ve bought a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle with concealed damage, please contact david@rbblawgroup.com. Rosner Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center will provide you a FREE evaluation of your rights. We are here to help you!
