“CERTIFIED” CAR SOLD WITHOUT INSPECTION REPORT AND MISREPRESENTED WARRANTY BOUGHT BACK!

Bryant v. Carvana LLC –San Diego
Our client alleged she bought a 2014 Maserati Ghibli from Carvana. Carvana’s website states all of their cars are “certified,” but Carvana didn’t provide our client with an inspection report as required by law. Worse, Carvana allegedly gave our client a Buyers Guide that falsely said that the manufacturer’s warranty was still in effect, which it wasn’t – as our client discovered when the Maserati broke down. Carvana has now agreed to repurchase our client’s vehicle and refund her money! If you purchased a “certified” vehicle and didn’t receive an inspection report, or the dealership gave you a Buyers Guide that said the manufacturer’s warranty was in effect when it wasn’t, please contact david@rbblawgroup.com.
