Bryant v. Carvana LLC –San Diego
Our client alleged she bought a 2014 Maserati Ghibli from Carvana. Carvana’s website states all of their cars are “certified,” but Carvana didn’t provide our client with an inspection report as required by law. Worse, Carvana allegedly gave our client a Buyers Guide that falsely said that the manufacturer’s warranty was still in effect, which it wasn’t – as our client discovered when the Maserati broke down. Carvana has now agreed to repurchase our client’s vehicle and refund her money! Lilia Guizar was my attorney in a recent fraud case and I am so impressed with the outcome. The process was quick and easy. We even countered the first offer to get what was fair and I’m happy to say that the car was picked up today, I am free of that burden and I feel validated for all the time and money wasted trusting a dealership that took advantage of me. This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot!
