Cerna v. Wholesale Investments – Los Angeles County

Case settled. The settlement requires Wholesale Investments to repurchase the defective 2015 BMW X6 M by refunding our client’s payments and pay off the outstanding loan balance. Wholesale Investments was also required to pay our firm’s attorney fees, costs, and expenses incurred during the case.
