Ceballos, et al. v. Convoy Motors, LLC – San Diego

We previously obtained a default judgment against Convoy Motors that included punitive damages. When we tried to collect on the judgment, Convoy Motors filed a motion asking the Court to set aside the judgment. Motion denied! Convoy Motors’ attempt to delay the inevitable by not responding to the lawsuit for close to a year was unsuccessful.
